I use to collect tons of these marvel cards (and I'm pretty sure some others have also)
I had a super rare wolverine card signed by stan lee himself.
WELL, grandma thought it was trash (Til this day, I still don't know wtf was going on in her head). When I got home from school, it was gone. I went crazy. She pulled it out of the trash can, it had all types of trash on it, and some grease on it too, the car was soaked. So...I gave up.
