Lake Calhoun Fun In The Sun Tuesdays!

ok so i think there are a few of us who live not too far from the lake and with the great atmosphere there it would be fun to have frequent meetups there. hopefully somewere near the volleyball courts haha. cute girls in Yoga pants, cool cars, the lake, sun, nice bikes. i really think it would be fun.

this could be fun - the lots get kind of full but we could have small weekly meet-ups. maybe tuesday nights or something

yeah i drive around the lake a lot and the lots dont get all the way full anyways. im thinking about the one with the trees everywere on the south side. probably the same one. if your going around CC its the 2nd stopsign past where the bikes park

 

its sound is kinda intimidating haha but its not the fastest around.

yeah that one!!! i like that lot. its a circle. we should try this out for sure. i live a few min away and driving around calhoun is on my top ten favorite things to do.

well this up and coming monday is perfect for me because i wont be working. so ill be free for a meet. i like the idea of early in the week too. ill have to make sure to inform my work of a weekly time that i cant work so i can get dedicated to this.

Damn, if I didn't work nights on Tuesdays I'd be there. Lake Phalen is where the action is though, lmao, saw a guy circle it twice in his civic when I was out for a jog today.

 

idk calhoun gets some cool cars and bikes. right by uptown in southwest minneapolis is prime for money bags

 

I'm down for 7 on Tuesdays that I don't have work, or we could just make a thread at the beginning of the day like the "snowed lots threads".

that lot is trouble unless you either pay or have a pass to park there. i parked for like 5 minutes once, walked away from my car with my dog. cop pulls up, sees me walking back to my car, but still writes me a ticket as I am getting in it. the hick lady park patrol said "sorry, once the ticket is WROTE, it's WROTE"---I wanted to tell her to go back to school.

 

it's $0.50 for an hour. I'm not too worried about paying
