I have an 04 Sti with 85000 miles on the body and it has an 05 motor in it with only like 70000 miles on it and i spun the rod bearing. Now what? I think i want to rebuild it the rite way. new pistons new turbo. were is the best place to have the motor rebuilt?

Get a cosworth longblock and you'll be good to go

i dont know how mechanical you are but they are not actually to horrible motors to take apart. really though the easiest route is to get a shortblock assemble. you can get a stock shortblock for pretty cheap or ones with upgrades piston and rods for around 2500-3000
