What is the difference between the 05 STI front sway bar and the 02 WRX front sway bar? The reason I ask is this... I am getting an 05 Steering rack for my 02 WRX. Yes it is coming with the crossmember. But it is also coming with a sway bar. So if it's better, I'll leave it and probably put in some solid links. I've already got the under brace to go on when the rack does.
After looking at end links, it seems that the sway bars are physically the same shape at least. (same end links work) I'm hoping that the bar is better or thicker. Anyone care to comment?
early 02 wrx's were pretty beefy sized front sways (21mm?) then later 02 or 03 they went smaller for the front (17mm?). something like that, no idea on the STI though.
