I have the same thing in my lgt, but only when it's cold out and it doesn't happen all the time. Only when it's not being looked at by a dealership generally!
i read all the probs with the earlier stuff. but nothing on newer, thought i'd check to see if any other newer subs have this. or just me.
Had a Forester come in last week. Actually saw fuel dripping from the metal lines. After spending some time in a heated shop the leak stopped. The fuel hose gets really hard when its cold that it doesn't seal. It doesn't help that metal shrinks in the cold. I think Subaru covers the fix for these now.
^04 wrx, experiencing the same thing too, my car goes into the Bloomington Subaru collision shop in Plymouth tonight (for an unrelated fender bender), hopefully I find out something...
The tech next to me just repaired this problem on the same model yesterday. Look under your intake manifold at all the rubber fuel lines where they clamp onto the hard lines. This is where they leak/seep. The recall on the 02-03 wrx's gets slightly longer rubber fuel lines. They started using the longer lines mid 03. All you need to do if they are seeping is lift up the intake manifold and tighten the clamps. Easy as that.
