I recently bought a 2010 Forester 2.5x and I just found out that it has an issue with the horn. I didn't check out the horn on the test drive, but found out that it didn't work about three days after I picked it up. I pressed the horn button on the steering wheel, no sound, so I went to go check the fuse box. I located the fuse and saw that the horn fuse was removed and laying next to it's open slot. I put the fuse back in and the horn started blaring non-stop. So, it works, but what is making it stay on? Could it be a short somewhere? Is something stuck making it go off? Looking to see where I can start to figure out this issue.

    TIA!

I'd check the horn button contacts/connection at the steering wheel first

Is there a horn relay (stuck on) for the stock horns? I'm assuming stock.

Either your horn button is broken, the horn relay has welded itself closed, or the horn unit is grounding internally. I'd start by looking at the horn button and it's contacts, then swap the relay with a known good one, then swap the horn unit with a known good one.
