2009 Ojibwe Chili-fest

This year's Ojibwe Chili Fest will be held Dec 5, 2009 at 6:00 pm. It will be located at 832 22nd Ave NE Minneapolis, MN 55418, at the corner of 22nd Ave Jackson St.

This is after the December MNSOC Meet so there is not a scheduling conflict. Bring chili, sides or dessert to share and your own beverages.

My goal this year is to make a chili that only a handful of folks can stand to eat. You may want to bring some milk if you are daring enough to give mine a try.

 

If you care to make it a chili cook off, I'm sure I can get another case of Bacon to donate to the winner!!!

 

It is a chili cook off in that prizes are awarded to the winners of different classes. I am sure the Ojibwe committee would be more than happy to award a case of bacon as the top award. Let me know if this is a for sure thing and I will let the committee know.

 

Yes let do it!!! it will be either a 10lb or 15lb case depending on whats avail.

What a packed day, don't think I'll make it. Would have loved to try your chili though.

 

going to try and make it! cant wait to try some spicy chilli make sure to bring milk and a roll of TP just in case
