2014 STI sedan SWP

Short opportunity for a buyer here, I will be taking to a dealership within the next few weeks if I can't find a private seller that will buy for more than what a dealership will give me. Have gotten offers of $28,500 from 2 dealerships and would like to get more than that.

Car has 16,802 miles and is in very good overall condition. New shortblock, turbo, oil cooler and oil pump installed by NF in December, ~100 miles on the car since then (been sitting in the garage this whole time). Car is basically stock other than a South Bend Stage 2 clutch, DW 300c fuel pump, Kartboy short shifter + bushings, and a Turbosmart bypass valve. All other mods were sold.

Factory options included the winter weather package, kicker subwoofer, and SPT exhaust. Have also installed Rally Armor black mudlfaps w/red lettering, wheel locks, and door guards. Zurich shield applied at dealership prior to purchase, includes transferrable warranty. Michellin Pilot Alpin 235/45/18s on OEM alloys (recently re-finished). Interior still smells new(ish), never smoked in, few passengers (daily driver). Cleaned frequently, especially in winter, always garaged overnight. One owner car, purchased new January 2014. Zero accidents.

Asking price: $30,900, will consider trades with a low-cost vehicle and mostly cash, open to offers.
