2017's STi S207

I was just browsing around and stumbled on this Subaru STi S207. I like the looks for sure but since only 400 are being made and only for Japan and the specs look, well, expensive comes to mind.
Still, quite sexy.

I was looking to get a Focus RS till I learned about its production limits and price gouging at the dealerships, so now I am back to drooling over the 2016 STi till next spring. The S207 is just giving me dreams of what could be done to the 2016 style wise at least.

I'm pretty sure this is different than the Levorg 5 Concept.

 

The new Impreza should be things to come HB wise for the next iteration of the WRX/STi. It would be great to se the FA20F make its way into the USDM STi but we will have to wait and see, we will never see a car with the mighty EJ207 marketed on US soil I imagine.

With that said I just bought an 04 WRX with an EJ207 and I love it. EJ207s are insanely awesome. Also I need sleep, I'm rambling.

Oh yeah, I've seen a Levorg in person, they're boner inducing... if you're into estates.

 

I was hoping that this has the FA in it. I know RCE had some staff in Japan this spring, and they shared a picture of a yellow sti with a wing(likely a 207 test car) and mentioned that it had direct injection.I guess all we can do is hope.

 

Screw estates, if they made an STI shooting brake I would be at the local kidney-harvesting agency ASAP.
