4EAT Gear Ratios

I was wondering if anyone knew the gear raios for the 4eat transmission. did the ratios vary year to year? also any idea at a final drive?

I think it does vary by year and different models...example: a 2000-2004 Legacy has a 1st 2.785 and the GT (non-turbo model) has 3.027 on 1st. Also in 2004 and below the GT had VTD AWD(variable torque distribution) and different gearing ratio for 1st, 2nd, and final drive. The final drive for the reg. legacy was 4.111 and the final drive for the GT model was 4.444. 3rd and 4th gear are the same.

 

pretty sure the older auto in imprezas were 4.11 at least pre 95 i believe, fuji probably knows :lol:
