4EAT tranny fluid

    I have to do a flush and fill on my GF's 04 wrx with 4EAT. Any suggestions on best fluid? I did a search and the recommendations are across the board.

    I am running the amsoil in mine. My tranny temps dropped about 30 degrees by running the amsoil fluid. If you want to go that route, let me know. i can get it to ya for cost plus sales tax.

    ^ +2 I ran ams oil ATF in my first tranny, and i am running it in my second as well.
