And yes, if you don't comply with an officer you run the risk of being restrained by whichever method they deem necessary. I'm betting she'd prefer the taser to either mace or getting wrestled down by that guy. I've seen Clydesdales that were smaller...and wresting anyone down next to a busy freeway isn't usually conducive to a long and happy lifestyle.

This video is proof that a-holes get old too. Just because she is 72 doesn't make her a "sweet old lady". He could have clubbed her or he could have put her in an arm bar and slammed her into the vehicle or on the ground. He didn't break nuthin'!
