    First of all, how many hp are the stock sti rods good for?

    also, would it be easier to put in an engine with the trans attatched or put the trans in, then the engine....

    I know, pretty newb style qs........

    thats what I was thinking, I just wanted to know the easiest way....

    dont worry about it
    sti rods are good for around 500whp. and i would do trans then motor.

    did you run stock sti rods with your previous 450 whp setup?
