so i just got my advan RCII wheels in the mail today. i bought them off a member on NASIOC under the impression that all of them were gold. the problem is that 3 are gold and 1 is bronze. so my question is, does anybody know where i can get advan gold paint or a paint code? or can some one match it? any help will be greatly appriciated.
did his add mention that one was bronze? im sure you could contact him or paypal and get your money back
The best option I can suggest is to repaint all 4. You will never be able to match just one wheel. In fact...there is a group buy for powder coating in the for sale section!
his add didnt mention it but i got a descent deal so i will keep them. its a risk i had to take buying from a stranger in texas. not sure what ill do, thanks for your input guys
wow, talk aboiut false advertising. I'd get my money back, that is really lame. no reason you should have to pay more now to fix it when the guy CLEARLY KNEW HE WAS SENDING YOU SOMETHING YOU DIDN'T EXPECT at least I would try to make him pay to make all the wheels the same damn color. He was trying to get over on someone, please don't let him get away with it. Le the internet know so we can all never buy anything from this jerk.
You should drive to where ever he is and pollitely show him your fist, and ask for your money back.:eek3:
Yeah, that's not cool. I would report him on NASIOC and ask for either a full return of the money OR ask for the amount of money it will take to get the wheels painted/powdercoated....that's fair.
his feedback will reflect his actions, and the more i look at them in some lighting they look ok, and other times it is totally bronze. must have been repainted in the past and not matched well.
