Intake isn't worth your time or money at this stage in the game. The best thing you could be buying right now is like Ray said, the Cobb AccessPort.

I'd get the perrin short ram and inlet hose, then get it protuned... decent gains plus good looks ftw.

try the hks one or the blitz, cant' remember which but it's that mushroom one with a design that's suppose to increase velocity slack.

You won't gain much at all unless you get protuned. AP doesn't require to have an intake on stage 2, possible chance you might run rich. The stock intake can hold up to 350hp, I'd change the air filter to a K&N and you should be good. Unless you plan on getting protuned.

Just get the SPT intake if you want one. But, it will only be for looks and it looks pretty darn good for rice.

^I do not think SPT makes intakes for STi, only on RS models (Non-turbo)

The radiator acutally works well...Dropped my EGT temp by 150-200 degrees. You have to get the Racing Koyo ones, not the standard ones. Standard ones are basically your stock ones. The racing ones are priced higher than $400...I think about $100-$150 more.

Nope, they go for about 360 right now. Solid aluminum Koyo racing radiator. They were down to 320 late last year, but I guess Koyo upped the price on all their radiators. Still, 360 is a pretty good price for a nice aluminum radiator.
The OEM replacement models run around 99 - 140 bucks.

I guess the biggest thing is what are you trying to do?? A short ram intake is just going to suck in the hot underhood temps. The best thing you could do, is install a inlet hose and keep the stock box. The stock box will easily support your hp level. Get a k&n filter and remove the snorkel and call it a day. Spend your money on getting the car protuned, that is going to get you the best bang for the buck.

No problem. Not trying to step on toes. I just don't want to turn him away from a great mod. For 360, its a pretty good price. Granted, it isn't necessary at all at his level of tune, but if he's going for big power later on, may as well have it in there already.

How come nobody told him to get an up-pipe? It's the last exhaust piece he needs to complete his collection! ;)

Still, people swear by the pro-tune. And it is cheaper than an up-pipe.

$385 for mine. It's 30% more cooling than the stocker, and a lot bigger, almost 1/2" thicker. Suggested retail is around $500. If you spend 2 minutes on google you can easily find them for cheaper. I didn't have to worry about shipping either.

LIES!!! Teh header, is teh crucial with teh up pipe. Wrapped or coated is teh best way to go. Cooling is key.
