How do I bypass the airbags in the seats so the front airbags still work when going to aftermarket seats?

At least in my car it was a 3 or 6 ohm resistor across the seat connector. Ask Mike Wray (LegacyPGT). He knows for sure. I would not attempt until you confirm this.

I put the 3 ohm resistor in and the light is out. Did that a long time ago now and no problem. Of course I hope to never test if the rest of the airbags still work. I have the JDM STi drivers seat in the car.

I think I put mine in the car back in April.
