Just ordered an AP Short Shifter with bushings!!

Gonna throw the old 02 leather shift knob on for the winter. Thought I might as well put in a short shifter at the same time.

Agency Power short shifter is installed. The only thing I don't like about it is how far it sits forward. Anyone taller than me might not see it as a problem. I'm going to consider the SPT short shifter... as soon as I win the lottery.

I've been looking at the spray that hits the side of the side skirts. I'm thinking that I either want to clear bra them or get side skirt spats. Has anyone seen side skirt spats for the 08-10?

I hate the spray that hits the side skirts as well. I thought mudflaps would help a bit, but they didnt.

Ordered some 2010 struts assemblies today. Going to either get some aftermarket springs or move over my SPT springs.

Very nice. I had my front struts replaced with 09 and rear shocks with STI ones. I put front STI springs and rear STI pinks so my rate is about 220/220.

Got the calipers blasted and painted at Nates. Used self etching primer and VHT. Let them sit and dry... but that's not happening. So damn humid out after being painted, they still seem a bit soft. I'll let them dry for a while then shoot them with clear coat. Decided to get new ceramic pads and use the stock rotors. Don't need the frozen rotors or Hawk pads for daily driving.

Still gonna order SS brake lines. Is anyone running them on the GRs? Which brand did you get?

Got Goodridge branded SS lines. Ceramic pads all the way around. Waiting on Subuaru logo from Gearhead Graphics. One last shot of clear coat and they will be getting mounted (hopefully this weekend). Gonna try to get the eXtra-S put in at the same time.

Very nice. I think I might stick with my OEM calipers for a while.

I had the 4 pots laying around. Figured it was time to use them or sell them. Now I have a full set of stock calipers, pads, and lines for 08+ WRX lying around. It's just shuffling parts sometimes.

Put the yellow rims on today. I kinda like how they look. They are still really dirty. Will have to spend some time getting them cleaned up.

Heh, from forged wheels, to Discount cheapos.

BUT, for the daily-driver, wheels are wheels.

Who said I don't have the forged wheels? These are just for spring/fall for when it can still snow.

Drag Racing!!! But not this car. I'm told these are only about 18lbs. Not bad for a Discount Cheapo rim. Between the rims and tires, they ride 10 times better than the stock re92a.

Here's a better pic. In certain lights, they have a blue hue to them. They've really grown on me.

Haven't added much to this thread in a while except 2012 STi interior swap and a second car seat going in this week.
