In court you make this oath that you will not lie! haha I don't plan on lying. I'll bring pictures of the new Lexus lights as well to prove my case.
This would work better if everyone didn't lie on the stand when it came to minor traffic violations. If people would stop standing (well, sitting down) up and saying "I wasn't speeding" when they clearly were, traffoc court would suck a lot less. There are better ways to go than doing that anyhow. When you have an officer v. accused, the accused is going to lose unless you add some weight and credibility to that. Physical evidence (pictures, etc), science, a nice suit (really), other witnesses, showing the officer to be a **** (tread carefully, but if you can get the officer to lose his cool on the sand you win. If you try and fail though, you may end up looking like a jackass and having a police force after you.), etc
