I am getting ready for my next mod and would like to know if anyone has any experiences with either Perrin psrs or Whitelines Sport. I have found a lot more feedback from the Whitelines product on Nasioc. Which would mean serveral things. But I am open to any feedback. Most of the the reviews I have found are positive. This will be for an 05 STI, will be used for Road course events and will have additional power and suspension mods in the near future.

Looking for differences in quality, performance, annoyance, and all the above. I have also noticed the Whitelines are a little more expensive as well.

    Thanks,

    Cheech

I've the the whiteline kit on my car ('93 legacy). Its hard to quantify the change because I put it in with my coilovers and the Energy suspension kit. I will say the my turn-in is really nice right now, even without the poly steering rack bushings I have waiting to go in. There is more NVH, but again, its hard to tell if its the coilovers, Group N topmounts, other poly bushings, or stiffer tires. You can do it on the cheap by getting Outback rear LCA brakets (they lower the rear of the control arm just like the anti-lift kit). Then get the Energy Suspension kit and you'll have stiff bushings to put in there.

jsut a heads up f you ever want to autocross it, and anti lift kit changes your stock suspension geometry making the lowset class your car will fit in DMod.

Thats a really big penalty for something so small. you can get caster other ways.

piddster-thats great to know there is an alternative way of making your own caster's, but I really dont have the resources to be looking for some used ones off an Outback. I really appreciate the feedback.

esperunit-I dont Autocross anymore, thought this season's schedule did interest me on a few locations. If I decide to participate it would not matter to me about penalties since I usually will just go to see old Autocross friends. And thanks for the heads up. R&R Rules! LOL

Would you get penalized if you were using OEM parts like the Outback rear control arm bushings?

Just curious cause it may be a way to get sharper turn in for autoX, yet get away with it.

in STS/STX/STU you can replace bushings, but thats the lowest class that you can do that in.

Whiteline makes a set of bushings specifically for this so that you can add caster to the front end without putting in their anti lift kit to keep the car ST legal.
