apt/townhome in egan

    anyone have any idea of some nice places in that area sounds like i will get the job i interviewed for today. thanks.

    Depends on your budget, there's a wide range of neighborhoods/prices available.

    Personally I'd stay away from the tons of (cheap) rentals near the Coachman Rd. and Hwy 13 area. Lots of rentals but a shady area (for Eagan, that is).

    I've heard good things about apartments near Lexington and Diffley. It's a nice area.

    budget is ruffly 850ish plus utilites for a 2 bedroom.

    Yankee Doodle road has some decent apts you can see them as you drive by

    I use to live at Lexington Hills APT on the corner of Lexington and Diffley for about 2 years, didnt have any complaints. There are TONS of places to live in Eagan though, just search.

    yea ive noticed there are alot of places im mainly just looking for the ones you lot think should be avoided

    I have some friends that live in the Burningham apartments. Not as nice as they make it look in the ads IMO. The walls in their apartment are cement so no chance hanging anything!

    I used to live in Lemay Lake Apts off of Lone Oak Road when I first moved to minnesota, this was 15 years ago, but they were nice and had heated underground parking... worth a try

    Had a apointment and berming ham or how ever u spell it waited 15 minutes no one showed so I moved on
