IL is the ****tiest state in america for roads. you charge me ever 4.23 feet to drive on the crappy roads, then the fanastically ass happy drivers almost hit me and cut off all teh trucks... its clutch.

that is all, needless to say, i can't wait to NOT be on the roads here again for a good year.

From Chitown with love... hugs and kisses you losers

ummm.... go visit MA/RI/New Hampshire/Maine. Then we'll talk about bad roads. IL is pretty bad but the east coast is MUCH much worse.

(paved (and forgotten) horse trails anyone??)

    (cobblestones???)

    Canada.

    Worst roads ever.

I watched a guy lose a boat trailer in one. No lies.

Yep, experienced this first-hand moving back from Florida with my 91 2.3L Mustang, towing a U-Haul trailer the same size as the car. Yeah, that tranny was dead two months later.

ATL is nothing compared to chicago. seriously, indy was better smack dab in the middle of rush hour than chicago was at 3am (as stated).

also, the toll booth workers don't have a sense of humor, as i found.

    +1

I hate driving in Canada. The speed limit on the 2 lane highways is 70 k/h which is 45ish? I can't remember exactly. But it's ridiculously slow.

I know its for the bad winters, but at least have a winter and summer speed limit?
