I hang around on legacygt.com and from what I remember with out wheel spacers and/or a certain offset (I can't remember what) and/or suspension set up/rolled fenders. They said even a 215mm would rub with out wheel spacers. EDIT: I drive a BD can I be part of the B-mafia?

Awesome. It's also has 3" TBE, an AVO TMIC, a brand new VF-46 (Long story, heh) is soon to be getting new shoes, and will be riding on coilovers hopefully by the end of the month.
hell yea! the new legacys that have some suspension work done are so hot! theres a picture in one of the threads around here of a really- really attractive 2.5gt in that brown color they used for a couple years sitting on coilovers. it looks great! found it! http://www.mnsubaru.com/forums/showthread.php?t=32626&highlight=2010
I'm apparently not allowed to view it, though I've seen my share of slammed new ones. Specifically I think the best looking ones are the '05 wagons with tint, wheels, and rocking coilovers. Hot.
