I did a search and came up empty...

My 04 WRX doesn't have a battery tie down, rather, it has a bungie cord. Pretty safe.

Any recommendations and places to purchase one? And do most tie downs come with the bar that goes across the top AND the rest of the hardware?

This is the image that Rallysportdirect.com has:

Not having the stock piece, will I be left with finding a way to bolt it down, or does it come with the hardware? I've checked multiple sites, and they all have the same generic description with the same photo.

Nope, no hardware, but you can get that at any parts store.

Your not gonna find the rods to tie that down at any hardware store... Call us in parts 2 in stock $2.66 each.

For that price, I'd go OEM.

But that one's all asymmetrical and funky, and messes with the feng shui of your engine bay.
