Advanced Car Control Clinic If you've been to one of their car control clinics and want to get in on a little more challenging/interesting day, sign up! I'm pretty sure there are spots open (their site says so): http://northstarbmw.org You need to be a member (or have a friend who is I think) and have some driving school experience - but the instructors in this club are very experienced so it is more than worth the membership and signup fees. They also do events at BIR. I just sent in my registration, anybody else signed up already?
Mr. T, A helmet is not required for this Drivers Training Event. Just register and show up! Although BIR in the fall will be a different story. C
I’m thinking about signing up for this (assuming spots are still open). Sounds like its well worth the $$. There isn’t any type of prerequisite or anything is there? It being the “advanced†car control clinic and all.
whats this about? do u actually race or they teach u how to race? do they time your lap time or no? just got my 240 ready yesterday, wanna test it out how it do.
You will be burnt out well before the end of the day. They will teach you car control in classroom and on a controlled road course enviornment. Investing in a driving school will give you the greatest returns beyond any bolt-on. Cya at the events. C

Sorry no one else could make it, but it was nice to meet another stock impreza driver up there... we should get another caravan going to the next event like when Hank brought out the MNSC guys for a day!
