okay just put new legacy 2.2t injectors on frankenstein. Its a 96 EJ22e with a wrx td04 running about 7psi. It ran very strong (except for the idle problem) on the stock injectors. Now when it runs stronger to about 3000rpm's and then when i used to hit the powerband it bogs pretty bad. Maybe to much fuel from bigger injectors? opinions much appreciated! thanks

are the injectors the same size as the stock ones or not?
if not, and you have no engine management, you will probably need an adjustable fpr.

Thats a good point. they have the stock legacy fpr. stock impreza side feeds are around 280 i think and the 2.2t injectors are 370.

Errorcodehow come i didnt so you at boost for boobies? i was looking forward to seeing your car dynoed.

use a wideband when adjusting the fpr.
tossing on the stock legacy fpr probably won't help.

me too, but it sucks working someplace when you are the ONLY one that can do your job, so if it gets busy i NEED to be there (thats what happened at the dyno day)

and i had a few issues i haven't fully ironed over yet, we drunkenly put on the hood scoop (really bad idea but it's straight),the cv shaft is spitting grease all over, and the turbo has a little bit of a smoking habit..i already warned it once its bad for its health..but he never listens to me

ok but back on topic, i have heard/read that.. ah whats that called rising fuel rate something or other or EM, these can mess up the car in the idle or later on (your case) but didn't you get the stock legacy fpr (worth a shot anyways but i believe Nuke), and ill be back on sunday when i try my luck with this "mod" and we can compare notes lol
