So I have looking to put a boost guage in my 02 wrx and cant realy find any, besides the one that replaces the stock clock or the piller one and they just alittle on the spendy side. I was wondering is I could just use any guage or had to only use the ones mad for that year.

I love Prosport Premium gauges. Its a light show on start-up and shut-down but spendy.

Planning to get some if my car doesn't sell.

just get an autometer boost gauge if you want a decent one for a good price. You can use whatever brand or type you want, they are not year or model specific.

Thanks guys for your help, I had talk to the local dealership and they had no idea if differant guages for diferant years would work.(I guess they just wanted to make a kwik buck or to off of me)

Its not the dealerships job to give advice on aftermarket modifications. Find the gauge and mounting solution you like best and go for it. Any quality gauge will work the same so just buy the one you think looks the nicest. My personal recommendation is a Prosport mechanical; nice looking and a great value considering the price.
