BPV - recirc valve differences

    is there any difference between a STI and WRX BPV, I am also looking across year and engine platforms 2.0 v 2.5. I'm betting they are the same, does anyone know?

    they look the same to me......i'm guessing they are too.

    The FXT and STI BPV's are different. They mount reverse of each other, and I know for sure that the FXT one won't work with the STI IC. I'm not sure about the other way around, but I guess it's the same scenereo.

    Biggest difference is that the recirc hose comes out on opposite sides of the unit.

    I'm not sure about the WRX setup, but if it's like the FXT setup then it won't work.

    The WRX and STi BPV are the same. The FXT is different though.
