I'm going to be replacing my rotors and pads soon all the way around and have been debating between the dba4000 and the power slot rotors and kinda unsure on what pads I was thinking ebc green or red. I would prefer a low dust pad, I'm sick of cleaning my rims almost daily.
Then pick up Hawk's ceramic line if they're available. Otherwise stay stock. Performance pads will almost always dust more than stock.
Well, federal law is 2 15 minute and a 30 minute lunch, but..... Wait. What are you going to do with the car?? From there I can get you in the right direction. Russ
If it is just a track day here or there, I would go with the hps pads and frozen rotors. The rotors will take the heat much better and give you 100-300% longer life than the stock rotors. You can get into the slotted rotors, but for most DD stuff it is not needed. And don't even think about slotted/crossdrilled. They will stress crack a lot quicker and for DD use, they are generally not needed. You want to get rotors with the most meat to them. It is all about how much heat everything can take. I am also throwing around the idea of getting another frozen rotors GB rolling here this week. I just need to talk to Mark about getting the details sorted out. Russ
