this is a popular time-killer at my school... bunch of engineers playing an engineering game, haha
It's called Bridge Builder, really simple concept.. you build bridges.
You connect some truces while staying under budget, than test the bridge and hope that the little gray animated train can make it across w/o your bridge failing.
    You can get it here:
    http://www.crypticsea.com/
(in the lower left corner of that page)

Here are some quick hints on how to be a pro-builder (minor spoilers):
    http://www.bridgebuilder-game.com/bb-tips.php

Click Stress, and watch your truces stretch(dark blue), or compress(red) until they snap

I challenge someone to beat my 2600$ Bridge on level 2 of MapPack-New

I had so much fun with that game in CAD class back in H.S. I'd spend the whole class period setting it up to make a ramp after it all settled (think counter-weight). Also, If you let a floating piece fall down at the right time, it would cut off the cargo boxes, and the front train would take off like a rocket. It'd hit the ramp and clear the whole gap usually.

I think that was an earlier version of the game though, because I downloaded this one, and it's a little different and I cant make the train boxes separate from one another.

But man, that game made classtime fly by.

so i figured out if the bridge collapses but the train jumps to the other side you still pass the level

nothing really different, Old map is just what you'd expect.. new map's have trains that need to pass both directions(bridge has to stay up), and it has a few levels where you have to teeter the bridge, kinda like a see-saw haha Aka Level 4
    here's what i did for lvl 7

15 old you have to build a cantilever and then counterweight it so that it raises the bridge into a jump

lvl 7, you have to click Build Deck at the bottom left to build the part the train drives on, than unclick it to build truces again.

Someone want to download this game. Change the filename to Bridgebuilder.txt and send it to my email address? or zip it to my email address? Can't get it at work because of smart filters.

Oh, it works. You just have to build it so that the platform is straigh out and the big blob on the left (which is the counterweight) will lift the other side.
