Buell bikes

Was either planning on getting another "summer" car this year or getting a bike. I don't want a rocket and buell is a good looking Harley. So I was just curious how good of bikes they are. I found an 06 with 13k miles (I think) for 4500. I'd have to look it up again to get some details, but how does this price sound for starters?

 

$4500 sounds a little high for a Blast.

 

That's what I was thinking as well.. Sounds like the guy might be needing money though so I'm sure you could get it for less.

 

Are you looking at a Blast or is it a different model?

Its still a sportbike. You'll not like the reliability, look into something japanese.

Yea I could pm him, thanks. I dont want to to go wide open on and take to the track. Just something else to drive and cruise around with on nice days.

 

Ive known him for around 11 years now. its a nice bike he got back in 2010 ish when he traded in his katana. Nice looking and sounding bike.

 

This confuses me. Sounds like you want a good sounding ugly rocket but don't realize it. BTW I've got gsxr 600 for sale Maybe you should buy it so I can buy a Buell

 

Haha, just go get one too. I checked NADA and they avg retail for 3800 so if thats right he must be smoking his breakfast.
