HEy guys I have really thought about this and I think i'm going to build my motor this winter. A few people have told me to just but another motor and build that so i can still drive my car while its getting built. I found this on ebay
    http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2005...tegoryZ33615QQihZ004QQitemZ140023013447QQrdZ1

Would this be a smart thing to do or should i not really worry about the second motor. Any suggestions? Thanks guys see ya this weekend

Spend that 3800 on a winter beater.

Just get a new short block with forged internals for around 2k. Search around nasioc, there are many vendors that sell them. Or just have Matt (bikerboy) put forged pistons in your existing block like I did.

I got the Mahle's, they were about 450.00 shipped to my door from Josh @ ImportImage. I chose these because they came with everything needed for install, plus they are coated right from Mahle.
