I hope who ever hit my car last night and then took off like a little ^$#&# gets in a accident and ends up in the hospital. Karma is a motherf'r and it will come back to get the person that hit my car. I was parked by Wiskey Junc. and took the lightrail to the T-Wolves game, when I got back I noticed my alarm was tripped but didn't notice untill I washed my car today that someone backed into me. I'm super pissed. Here's a pic, anybody got any cheap fix ideas?
That's what I'm thinking, hopefully I can find a black used one. There goes the tinted windows I was going to get.
Holy damn, they hit you so hard it knocked out your license plate numbers! I had something similar happen while I was at work. It was an employee-only lot and some junkslut not only ruined the bumper cover like that but their hitch dug a hole into my hood. I mean seriously, do people just not notice they hit something? I don't know which is worse, someone who purposely leaves the scene after doing something like that or someone who isn't even paying attention enough to know they hit something. That's the kind of drivers I'm afraid to share the road with.
It looks like the damage was done from an SUV or a truck. I suppose the driver didn't see your car behind his/hers to properly guesstimate the distance he/she had before hitting your car. They just can't see ****. I've backed up in a Toyota pick-up truck before and man, I got so paranoid trying not to hit the car behind me. Unfortunately, you're gonna have to get a front bumper replacement if you want that fixed. Some people will find that that isn't enough cosmetic damage to make them get a new front bumper cover.
I've owned a driven SUV's and I used to drive a big flatbed truck to deliver roofing materials. I never hit anything. If the vehicle is too big for you to handle and drive without hitting things, maybe you should drive a Geo. I'm not personaly talking about you Kickin_81, but just soccer moms and people like that who can't even drive in their own lane on the highway and of course they're on the cell phone to boot. It's also like the people who come into your lane and you honk at them and then they get pissed at you. Just had to vent some more. THANKS
I am sure a shop who can plastic weld or soemthing could fill and fix it.. but in the end the cost may be as much to do that and repaint as it would be to replace?!?!?! tough luck man
