hA!......... what about the coal burning factory places? Power plants? Mercury?
Don't they know that there are A LOT MORE NEW CARS with CATS in them and are FAR MORE efficient than the OLD cars?

What's with CA anyway? I think they don't get too much WIND so a lot of what THEY'RE polluting are just being circulated above their state...thus way air quality is ewwWW.

Now I'm not saying that we should continue polluting.... Sure I have smelt exhaust fumes from my leaking header and I hate the smell. Only my performance project car would pollute, but that is not a daily driver. My daily driver will have its working cats and stuff. It's more pleasent breathing fresh air I tell you that.

    hahah.....stuff...

How does that Tool song about sinking SoCal into the ocean go?
"Here in this hopeless ****ing hole we call LA
The only way to fix it is to flush it all away.
Any ****ing time. Any ****ing day.
Learn to swim, I'll see you down in Arizona bay."

Some us us will probably live to see 10 billion people on earth. I'm glad I won't be alive 200 years from now when things really start to suck.

Yep. I think Honda was in the for-front of pollution technology. Every worked on a mid 80's accord or prelude. Holy emissions!!!

That there is one stupid-ass lawsuit.

If California wants to cut emissions, they can:
    - make it illegal for their residents to own or drive vehicles that pollute. OR,
    - provide a viable alternative, e.g. public transportation.

Suing the manufacturers of cars? He11, why not sue the lumber industry that caused all those house fires while you're at it? Idiots.

I hope California WINS their lawsuit, and the judge orders all residents of California to immediately return their polluting vehicles to the manufacturer. Hahahaha!

I think a lot of the people in California are an unnecessary source of carbon dioxide.
