So I changed my rotors and brake pads, but noticed that both my front brakets that holds the pads have the pins on the bottom seized up due to rust. My Q's is what are they called? The pins that have the rubber piece around it and that should be moving freely with grease. Where can I buy new ones with new rubber or the whole bracket without having to buy a whole new set with calipers?

To fix, if you want to...I put the bracket in a vice with the vice clamped on the slide pin and put on eye protection. If I can remove the rubber boot, I do at this point. I than will heat the bracket area that surrounds the pin with MAP gas and begin to slowly and firmly apply pressure to the bracket to break the seized pin loose. After you get it loose, I take a wire brush (like a bottle brush) and work it inside the bracket to get the crap out. While your at it, I would than file or sand or wire wheel the touch points on the bracket where the tins mount so the pads will "float". I usually put a dab of anti seize on the bare metal prior to putting the tins back on. I liberally apply syl glide to the pin before re-inserting. I realize this in no way answered your question...but it still may be considered useful :)

You sort of answered his question. They are called Slide Pins or Guide Pins. You should be able to get them from any parts store. Rock Auto for sure has them...
