Ive been trying to remove the cam sprocket bolt for 2 days now.I have bent 2 breaker bars out of shape and shattered 1 ratchet. The bolt head is not stripped and an extremely long breaker bar (full length jack handle) was used. I'm out of ideas for now, and am not just going to continue breaking tools all night. If anyone has any thing to offer it would be awsome!

Sounds like you need a longer breaker bar. I like to use an old wind chime pipe, but go find some piece of piping about 5' long and slip it over your 1/2" drive with a 6-point socket on the bolt. Have you tried soaking the bolts thoroughly with PB Blaster or some other kind of penetrating lubricant yet? I hear the cam gear bolts on subarus are a huge PITA to break free FWIW....

your sprockets have holes in them...insert the 'fingers' of that tool or something like it into those holes and have a buddy hold on tight while you try to break the bolt loose with another rachet...

If it's on a turbo engine, those tools will not work. Those are N/A cam tools.

Bolts removed, using a 1 1/8" wrench locked into bench vise to immobilize camshaft, along with a 4 foot breaker bar. 1 lugnut had to be welded onto 1 bolt to get it removed after it stripped
