change cam seals?

Is it necessary to remove cams to change the seals or can you do it with the cams still installed?

 

Are they leaking? Also I believe you can change the seals when doing the timing belt.

 

yes they are leaking! I have new seals ,just wasnt sure if I could do them while still in the car!

 

I would say if its just leaking out of the front you should be able to do them.

 

All you need to remove are the cam gears.
