check engine light on

    check engine light on/ oil pan replace

    1) well my "check engine light" is on now. dont know where's its coming from. i also notice that when i turn my ignition on, the fan comes to life and its kinda hard to star the motor. that never happen before. it just happen not too long ago. lmk whats wrong. thanks

    2) im looking for some one who is skilled at replacing oil pan. my has a leak and it smoke when the oil drip down and touches the exhaust pipe. im willing to pay a small charge. i have the oil pan and all. lmk thanks

    green test connector? im kind of new to the subie so i dont really know. i was a nissan guy untill 240 popped up everywhere

    I'm just asking because when test connectors are plugged in, the radiator fans kick in and check engine light flashes.
    I don't know if the olders ones do have them
    Hopefully someone could help you out.

    im betting 98% that its not your oil pan, its probably your oil pump that need to be resealed.

    behind your timing cover in the middle, it need a new o ring, and front seal, and to be re-RTV'd
