i tend not reply to your retarded 2nd grade level posts anymore. i could barely even read this post but i can respond in bullet points for you so you can follow me without getting lost.

-your dam(n) right i made this company. if you want to join me having zero life and working morning, day, and night for 2 years...you too could make your own comany. however, in addition to having a workaholic leader, a company needs to have a great team. each team member needs to specialize in an area and be great at that task or else the team fails. last year the team was ok, this past 4-5 months the team has been absoultely amazing. i couldnt ask for anything better to come out of this whole ordeal. but i guess i dont need to justify how awesome our current team is, they show it in their work.

-losing employee after employee? wow, i guess i didnt know 2 people were employee after employee. last time i checked, very small companies have quick turnover....i believe we are well above average in this category. its a great place to work and you get to work with your passion..who wouldnt love that!

    - "they didn't clam anything in this thread that they are any better then any other company like you did." Matt, could you please show me where i stated i was better than anyone else?

wow, i cant believe i just wasted that much time on your arrogant and egostical arse. that wont happen again. sorry, i guess i call it as i see it as well.

sorry, i guess i dont feel too sorry for you(click link below, just one of many that are on this site). after telling everyone the bs you have told them, every one of our threads are like this now, which is why i just stopped posting new product and PR stuff on this website.

    http://www.mnsubaru.com/forums/showthread.php?t=24391

evan, you are young and i know that you werent the ring leader in this all so i personally dont have much against you in this whole thing. really the only problem i have is that you just stopped showing up to work never told me anything. you never once told me that you did not like working there and i asked over and over "how are things going" yet you always said fine. then you just "happen" to stop showing up on the same day josh did(interesting, almost like it was a whole big plan. screw the team and the customers, then create lies to take business away).

Evan, if only i had done the correct thing and created a do not compete for you and josh we wouldnt have to be here. but being the good boss and letting you two go off on your own at grimmspeed and do your thing in the pnp dept because i trusted you, i did not make one. please dont sit here and lie to my face...many many people have told me exactly what you guys say...but like i said, i do not have a non compete so legally you can say whatever you want, its just more of an ethical thing at this point. i mean, claiming that a company is copying products is a pretty steep claim evan and if we had a non compete you would already be in court. we have and we will never copy another company's product....why the heck would i be paying a brilliant mech engineer to do our product development if we were just copying parts?! the funniest part to me is how would you and josh even know about any other part of the company other than porting. i did everything else, you and josh only did porting for most of your time here, no accounting, no marketing, no new product development, no inventory, no sales(for the most part josh did a bit at the end), no web design, etc etc etc...yet you both seem to know about all the inner workings of the company. i'm assuming you are slowly starting to find out there is alot, i mean ALOT, more to running a business than just sitting in a garage boring out parts(ie saying you have a website for 4-5 months yet you do not).

that would have been a pm evan but you wanted it posted.

i usually keep this all to myself as i dont believe talking about business relations publicly is good but if you want to here it evan, and you dont want it in PM, then i can talk.

There are many more things going on here than just cars, as a human being, and a friend....I am sorry but Justin don't let them get you down, at least you are going to be a great Husband and father someday, and you ALREADY HAVE a successful business.....Chimera needs to stop playing with the big boys...and you don't even know what is up Grimmspeed's sleeves this next year;)

as my retarded second grade post have miss spellings in them just like yours, but unlike yours, i tend to actually prove my points and not blame other people for what other people say. i actually have my own company (Imagine that) that is successfully and i didn't do it by kissing ass and cutting ties with people that helped you get the original product where it was before sending other company's products to get tweaked then copied. or using other company's products for your dyno results. i did it by doing good work and building a great customer base with good workmanship and giving the customer something to tell all there friends about. and you know what you do and to claim other wise is crazy. you had me twice try to take UR exhaust pieces and tweak them for grimmspeed to jigg up and send to china.

as far as loosing employees. Josh, Evan, Josh, Bill, Nuke, are all people that i can think of off the top of my head don't recall hearing the nicest things come out of there mouths about you and how you run things. but hey if pissing off your employees is part of your quick turn around way of doing things then good for you. more money in your pockets.

as far as the claiming part. read ''your'' head thread and how you wrote it the first post. that is what im talking about. and as far as this thread goes, its how you come off like you still know what you are doing when you don't with advice that your ported needs to take.

i hope this all makes sense to you being how i don't know what im talking about and being retarded and all. but reading it back to me make my lol at all the stupid things you continually say and then try to pretend like you didn't and you are a great guy and all.

I have to say something about this first and the post you just edited about how Josh and I don't run the show. I will say yes we are not as big as GrimmSpeed. Josh and I are taking this company slow but still at a good pace. We both have full time jobs and just want to have fun with this. We have products up our sleeve as well. Some have already seen them and some are being tested by others as I type this.

Yes I have seen that thread and I am sorry you are having problems. But your problems were not started by me. It seems it went bad when Fobia asked questions in your thread and he didnt like the answers you gave him. I have to say though that he asked us the same question. He was interested in heads because that is what he wanted was someone to port his heads. I'm sure if he got the answers he wanted you might be doing his heads right now.

You are correct, I was not the ring leader. I would have to say the person who put the idea in our heads was my father. After a lot of talking we decided it was something that we wanted to do. There are a lot of companies that start off this way. People not liking something so they make it differently on there own. So we went for it and started our own new team. Sure our website is not up yet but oh well. We are doing fine without one.

So as you said yourself you have a great team now so you should be good to go.

    Have a great weekend,

    Evan

This is not cool. This basically translates as this:

"You guys didn't know what you were doing when you worked for me. I hope you went to school so you don't suck anymore."

Very poor form, dude. Very petty and spiteful to stomp on someone else's thread about their business. It shows no class at all to badmouth your competitor on a public forum.

I will lock it, but only when Chimera's staff tells me to do so. Until then, it's free-reign.

Then after it is locked, I will not move posts or delete them. The stuff that is out here needs to be seen. The only thing locking this thread will do is prevent replies.

    This got crazy fast. Wow.

I think this proves a few things.

Chimera-you guys are making some good products, I like the ports, and I've seen some other work you've done and its impressive. Keep up the good work and you will prosper from it, there is plenty of room in the market you are trying to enter for another products company, and you shouldnt end up stepping on any toes. Also, its probably good that you guys left grimmspeed and are doing your own thing, some people are born entrepreneurs and have a very hard time working for someone else, no matter how good of a company they are at.

Grimmspeed-Justin I've met you several times, and you're a good guy. I'm hardly swayed by the fact there was a question you couldnt answer, as your company has grown quickly, and you have an engineer to answer them. I like the company you've built and definately can tell that you've poured your heart into it. You obviously have the soul of an entrepreneur and are definately successful in what you do . You know what it is to put your own NAME on the line, both figuratively and literally. In business, your name is all you have. I'd definately keep the burden of your operations (finance, personnel/general management, R&D, etc) on your own shoulders as a failsafe. I've learned watching my father's business grow that it is VERY possible to be too trusting, even with people you look upon as friends.

I'm just gonna go with erik, lets all be nice.

the issue is they never said THEY do it but that they now offer the service.... justin saw what he wanted to see and posted it whilst trying to play mr innocent as usual...

I just have to say that..... this shows what kind of a person you are. At first I thought you where a very nice person. Hung out at your place, yadda yadda. But then it just starts to go the other way now.

I like it that when you do modifications on your little GreenMachine, that it is referred to as "WE" did this, and "WE" did that. Thing is that you don't give credit where it is needed. I'm sorry but WHO pushed in those bushings by HAND?? WHO pressed those bushings OUT for you?? WHO got your car running BOTH TIMES before the "ICE RACES??" Nothing was mentioned at all. Sure I got what I wanted, but my time being there was worth more.

IIRC, you couldn't even PUSH the new ones in. I had to HAND PUSH the bushing in then slide the insert in. I did this to ALL OF THEM. Lets take them out again and you can push them in so that way you can really drop the f-bombs. BTW, hopefully you enjoy the quick rack because if I didn't let you drive my car, you wouldn't have found out about that product.

I know you would BENEFIT GREATLY if I was on your "team." OMG the cash flow with all kinds of installs!!! I choose not to because of these kinds of things and past incidents.

Really I got what I wanted even though I didn't really ask for much. Thanks for the tranny fluid, thanks for going out there to MNTK Subaru to grab my HG, thanks for letting me use the shop for a little bit of my own wastegate porting of my VF39. I just wanna say you have to give credit where needed. There was a handful of people who made YOUR little machine possible.

I know nothing, but I do like my DOUBLE Ds! Observe them CAREFULLY so you can have a STAGE "OR" for o'rly! There is no secret. Have enough time to fiddle with enough heads and you'll know what's good and what's not.

    My VERY OWN DOUBLE D's!

thats not what hes saying at all, head porting is a totally different trade then porting intake manifold, exhaust manifolds, tgvs, ect, it requires much more knowledge and understanding and its definitely not something that a company should just start doing on customer cars. as far as fuji doing it on his car.. thats cool its his and if he messes up then its on his shoulders.

This thread gives me a headache, its sad to see two companies that should be working together airing dirty laundry in public.

This industry is tough enough without this type of non-productive comentary.

I say enough is enough, moderators should have nipped this in the bud early on, however it seems that some people prefer a good train wreck.

See ya all later those wishing to contact the Wagner's please call directly, or send us email at [email protected].

i could see why you might think that, but in all honesty i wasnt saying it like that.

If you guys can figure out this part of the trade and get the proper training then good luck to you. I just don't think its a good idea for you to advertise your business as doing a certain service when your not qualified yet. I know i wouldnt let a family doctor/physician preform open heart surgery on me just because he works in medicine.

how do you know they are not qualified, did they ever say that. stop assuming things mike!! not you mike wagner, mr. spout my mouth squiggly.

chimera has a guy they have set up some sort of sub contract deal with so both chimera and the person doing the porting will make some money. why would it be bad for chimera to advertise that???

i'm sure if they were qualified they would have mentioned it in one of the posts where me and other people have asked if they have had training, but they neglected those questions. as for the guy with the contract deal, im sure we would all like to know who he is and what his qualifications are. Im not stating that hes not qualified but i wouldnt come in here and say "yeah we got a guy doing this" but then not say who he is.

    "mr. spout my mouth squiggly"

while it isnt really the worst insult ive ever had.. was it really necessary? i feel like im asking fairly legit questions and i hardly ever speak my mind or voice my opinion on here.
