Hey I have a 2005 WRX and I was wondering the other options to tune the ecu rather than the hand held Cobb unit. I have heard that there are some people on this site that will do open ECU for not that much if anyone does this could you please respond because I am interested. Also I was wondering if I could tune the car with open ECU without doing any other mods such as exhaust and intake/ intake silencer delete? I would really love some responses!!!
you dont need mods to have your car retuned. normally called stage 1 you'll gain some tq, a little quicker spool, much leaner afr than the super stock rich tune, and a little more hp. there are a few tuners on this board that can tune your car using openecu just search them up.
