    $650 is not cheap for a clutch install. i had one put in my DSM for around $300 at elite auto a few years ago.

    Sorry I didn't make my self clear enough..I need a place to do the installation for my clutch...so I will be purching the clutch and I am going to have the flywheel resurfeced...so I only need a place to have the clutch installed...I was only expecting a to pay betweet 200-400 anymore I would think it would be too much...

    good luck... it aint a front wheel driv eor just a rear wheel drive..t heres a bit of work to pull it all apart and put it back together again....

    by the Alldata it is over 6hrs work by a qualified technician.... with air tools and hoist... so $200 - $400 you will be kidding yourself to get someone experienced to do it for that (professional) unless they do it on the side.. and thats just the labor.. not including anythign lmisc they will need to put it back

    WRX != DSM

    I'm sure there was a lot of other stuff that was much cheaper on your DSM too, but prices on things generally have variance between car models

    hehe, then me and fuji are over qualifed to do the job because we can drop a tranny, replace clutch, bolt tranny and driveline in about 5hrs at the fastest with no hoist. unless we get lazy we take alot longer....:laugh:

    thats ONE guy not 2.... and it is an average range for all across northern United States... so yes there is variance... but thats how shops cover the cost of doing business...

    so there ya got it... LVT and Fuji can do it for ya... pay them $200 for 6 hours of their time and effort.. oh yeah thats $200 between 2 of them... still interested>????
