I run an ACT HDSS Full Disc clutch, but I'm only 250ish WHP. Had great luck with them. Do you have an upgraded 5MT or a 6 Speed?

Stay away from Spec. I bought a stage 5 racing clutch and it wouldn't even hold to merge with traffic. I am running an ACT.

Just put it in this year when I built my LGT. So far 3500 miles. I got the 6 puck heavy duty and it tales a little getting used to. Not very street friendly all the time.

I was talked into a stage 4 clutch that was a 6 puck style....worst clutch I ever had!.. Of course it was mating with a 9lb flywheel....not a good combo...It would chatter really bad with every disengagement. The dash would shake because of the vibration. I had to pay again for another install and a different clutch!

I have an ACT 6 puck sprung with my 6 speed and 460-ish whp. I like it just fine. It can suck in stop and go traffic, but I don't do that much.

I had a not so good experience with Competition clutches, but that was awhile ago, they may have fixed it by now.

Tell us more about how you actually use the car and how you want your clutch to be...

It's hole for the throwout bearing was a bit too big...which caused issues. Eventually figured it out, made a vid of the mis-fitment, sent it to them, and got a full refund. Hopefully, they used that to make better stuff. I know the Honda folks have liked them a lot...

A full face HDSS would probably hold your power just fine and be pretty easy to drive.

I hate to say, I don't know. I previously had a stage 2 clutch that was an act. It worked fine, but installer said it was a bit more that 1/2 worn. That was the reason for stage 4..... The reason the clutch even had eyes on it was a broken 2nd gear. He said maybe we should replace it now...? I agreed and ended up with the chattering. Later I went back and had "one that wouldn't chatter" put in. I don't know the brand, but the problem is gone and it holds fine. Sorry that that doesn't help much. Just be careful in the selection of a super duper good idea.... Make sure the is a history to go by, or an assurance the installer will make good on his idea if it doesn't work out.

I'd recommend the ACT XD Pressure Plate and full face disk. Flywheel if you want, not needed. Should hold your power.

Going to a puck style clutch will hold more, but it's not great for on the street (but not unbearable).
