    I have my accessport from my 02 wrx that i cant use any more I am looking to sell it so I can get one for my 2008 WRX. I would like to get $400.00 for it, shoot me a reasonable offer and its yours i am not in a hurry so lets be serious with the offers please.

    AP's are generally a tough sale on this forum being that we have some great tuners that are members. I would post it up on NASIOC or IWSTI and then take the money and get a tune from Nuke at NF or Ronnie at RS.

    That was my other option that i was entertaining getting a tune from Ronnie after selling the AP I will definitely post in other locations as well thanks for the suggestion

    Like already mentioned, you don't necessarily need AP to tune the car. It's a nice unit and has nice features the open source doesn't. If you are after the features then go ahead and get one. If not and all you want is get it tuned, then you are better off skipping it and stick with open source software. Outcome will be the same.

    plug it into a computer with accessport manager installed

    take a screen shot of it to verify which model & serial & if it's install or not. that would definitely help the sale
