I was working on removing the turbo when coolant spilled out of the bottom hose and down into the uppipe. Is this going to be a problem? should i remove the uppipe and manifold to clean/dry it out? or can i just leave it in there and it will blow out with the exhaust?

How much spilled? A little coolant is not going to hurt anything.
