cruise control issues

So I just bought my 2nd wrx 03 wrb and it seems after a longer drive and i use the cruise control the throttle seems to stick, it doesnt stick on the same drive when not using the cc. anyone ever have this problem? mods are Vishnu stage 0 and up pipe.

 

There was a recall for this, call your local dealer.

Was this just on the Wrx? I never had a recall on my 03 RS.

Thanks. That would explain why I didn't get a recall.

 

So I brought the car to Maplewood subaru today to get this looked at and told Me the recall had been done already. So anyone have any idea WTF is up.
