pro tire does not actually do custom stuff. (klesk tried to get his done there). Truck Store in long lake does a good job the do pipe bending (not crush, good bends) not too bad. think klesk paid 150 for a catback (w/ his muffler). other wise there is a guy (just heard bout this) he does custom exhuast in his free time. does nice work, really fast turn around on cars. i am not sure about his pricing tho. his name is Dean? (something w/ a D) quernell? (not sure on spelling) he lives in maple plain. i can dig up a number if you want.
What kind of car is it? I've done custom exhaust. Just recently I did a custom turboback exhaust on a '89 Supra Turbo (7hrs; install 3" elbow and modify downpipe flange for 3"). If you wanted removeable pieces, I'd suggest finding some flanges. I can probably do it for a good price. Bends are crush bends.
