well, my dad's rx400h got stolen today. My parents went to a grocery store and when they came out the car was gone. Video cameras showed that there was a person with a scanner for the alarm and 20 minutes after scanning a guy casualy came up to the car and drove off. So my question is how do they do it? i mean the car is brand new it has imobilizers and stock alarm on it. BTW this all happend in russia and my parents had all their documents like passports and money in the case on the back seat.
yep, said as can be. We are expecting a call from mob tomorrow. They usualy call asking if you "need" help with fininding the car.
yeah your screwed bigtime. all the electro goodies dont do as much to deter big boy thieves, basically anything a car company has thrown out there they have found ways around. i remember when Benz was doing the whole laser keys in germany and they found ways around it fast... sad sad world... and the passports and everything in the back really sucks. makes me want to steer clear of every going to Russia.
yeah i know. Well it happens everywhere not just in russia. bet cars in NY get stolen all the time too. I mean Shane's car(now mine), when he went to his friends house to a dinner someone tole his wheel of the car.
until you see the post with the girls... then it alls fades away and you are surfing Orbits looking for a plane ticket... ha ha ha
Good lord, the Ukraine... However I'd not risk the Aeroflot flight there, find some other method. Apparently cars aren't safe either. Do they still have leftover BTRs for sale?
an update: Found the car. Well, not really we had to buy it out from the mob. They left it only a few miles away from where it was stolen. They took everything from the car, all the food my parents had in the car and all the alcohol too. However we found a cell phone that someone maybe droped in the car. There were a few numbers in the phone but no names. They broke everything inside the car and cut a ton of wires looking for a secret switch and obviously found it. They broke the ignition. They key just does not go in all the way and we had to tow it. So thats pretty much it.
More Russian girls, you say? I think I may have met some Russian girls on the top of some mountain a few years back. 2005 Pikes Peak Rally. 14,000 feet in Devils Playground is where I found these two lovelies.
i just saw something like this on the news the other day. all they needed was a pda to steal this guys truck. dude totally got screwed by his insurance company too.
I worked with a russian guy at a body shop once. We got on the steeling car topic and he said that russians are really good at stealing cars. In russia anyway. He had lots of stories to tell and said that a lot of them can get by anykind of security and be gone before you realize the car is gone. Like stated with the right equiptment you can get in anything.
everything was in the trunk in the case. However cash that was in the case was gone. today we brought the car to the dealer and a guy there told me that they usualy tear everything apart looking for setelite navigation alarm. we looked at the milage and it was only a mile more than before it got stolen. So they left it inside only a few block away.
wait... so the mob stole the car, then they sold it back to your parents? how does that work? was it expencive to buy back? i'm just really confused as to how that works.... haha well it would explain alot that it is not america...
its called the MOB and they can.. thats how it works... hell are you gonna go in there and say give my car back *******...
yes, mob stole the car from my parents with an intention to sell it back to them. Thats what they do. lots of people in russia keep their car documents in the car. I russia you have to have car title with you at all times. when cops pull you over they ask for it. And title is not fixable, i mean if you loose it is a HUGE pain to replace. In Russia insurance companies want you to provide them all the original paper work, both car keys and whole a lot of other stuff when you file for a stolen car. My dad had all that stuff in the car. So we could not get the insurance. And yes it was expensive to buy the car out.
I must have been mistaken, then. In the futrure, I'll try to post women who look Russian instead of posting women who spoke Russian, were with Russian guys, told me they were Russian, and had other friends I knew who told me they were Russian. To make up for my error I have found pictures of REAL Russian women: Happy fapping.
