Dam them gravel haulers I was on my way to work today on 169, in my freshly waxed and shinny car (the NSX) and there was this gravel hauler that dropped some big rock. I watched it in slow mo bounce up and over the car in front of me. It kept on getting bigger and bigger…. After it started to look like a meteorite (2+ inch) I knew it wouldn’t go over my car too. The surprising thing there is no noticeable dent, but the paint is gone. It is only about the size of a pencil eraser and then another gouge about 1 ½ inch long. GRRR If I had his license plate number….
It is more of the GRRR factor.... I like to drive so it was bound to happen some time. I would have liked it to be later than sooner. The car is 13 years old, but only a few weeks old to me.
bummer dude. I just noticed today that I have 3 chips on my hood from driving behind one of those ****ed things.
