Can these be installed after you put a 6spd in? I may be interested if it's still available.

Yes you can. It ties into the harness in the engine bay under the intercooler by the bell housing.

If I can confirm this works with my stock button/thumb wheel I'll buy this. Do you happen to know or did it come with instructions how to do this?

It does but you will have to wire them up correctly. You will have to take the wires off the built in switched from the dccdpro.

I'm curious about this also. As opposed to wiring it in incorrectly?

If you wire it backwards it will just work opposite, this would only apply to the manual knob. The push button for Auto/Manual/Off would work since it's just an on off switch essentially.
If you also look at the harness, there are green blocks that allow you to easily splice in your current cables or new cables into the DCCDPro. There are guides online on how to splice in your current setup into the DCCDPro. It's not that hard to do.

Let me know if you are interested.

I tried some googling, but didn't find much info for some reason. I'll google some more, I am most definitely interested. The on/off switch on the car is a momentary switch with an "auto" light but that's what the switch looks like it ships with has, to put it in auto mode. I work downtown, do you work in Minneapolis? You can PM me when you get a chance and we can work it out.
