Dear T-Mobile, I hate your ****ing face. I would like to thank you for the software update that you sent on Monday. It ****ing ruined my phone. No longer am I able to connect to the internet reliably. I thoroughly enjoy waiting over twenty minutes to download a ONE HUNDRED KB PICTURE. Really, it's awesome. I also love the fact that after spending a half an hour with your retarded customer service twat, I am still no closer to having any sort of closure to my problem. I do, however, appreciate the offer to ''look into it and get back to you tomorrow at the earliest''. It's not as if I need the phone for work purposes or anything. Additionally, your suggestion of doing a factory reset would usually be a sound theory. Upon doing so, however, it seems that I STILL CANNOT ****ING CONNECT TO THE MOTHER ****ING INTERNET, so I can't even set my phone back up. Or pull my contacts. Or..well...anything. In closure, T Mobile, **** you. You ****ing suck. Sincerely, ****ed Over Customer Number 457832109342032320785034235098706954
Dear Derp, We are sorry to hear about your issues. Make sure to send your payment in on time or we'll ding your credit. Good thing you're in a contract with us, it allows us more time to figure out the issue. Test the fix. Have some meetings about it. Cash your monthly payment. Forget about your issues. Send next months bill. Love, T-Mobile.
Time to root it and install a better ROM. Also, I concur that T-Mobile customer service has gone way downhill in the past couple years.
Eh, all the carriers suck ass for different reasons. None of them have anything close to acceptable customer service. t-mo did take the cake when I had to go through two levels of "supervisors" in order to find someone who could comprehend the physical improbability of travelling between Minneapolis and Chicago within 5 minutes while keeping my molecular structure in tact. Not a good first-week experience after they sold me a phone that had obviously been cloned.
You should seriously consider developing macroscopic, independent control of your quantum mechanical waves.
I've considered looking into it. T-mo's coverage is so spotty and ****ty where it is available that it's not worth the engineering investment in a transmission protocol.
Ever since I purchased my first smartphone ive always rooted and unlocked it. Said goodbye to OTA bologna...
