I have heard of this, but I don't know, I have a co-worker that has a mini that came with ubunto that he put snow leopard on.
It's been a while but last I read only the 10v was able to get hackintosh'd. The Mini 10 had a graphics chipset that wasn't supported.
It appears that from my limited research that the above is true, but it seems like there is a large amount of interrest in hacking that driver, so it will probably be just a matter of time.
